Analysis of the sound system and grammar of the contemporary Czech language with some reference to its historical development. Prerequisite: Knowledge of another Slavic language, preferably Russian, or consent of instructor.

Reading and analysis of selected texts. Prerequisite: CZCH 202, CZCH 483 or consent of instructor.
